We have decide to open up the pal room named CEM for questions and such.

When you enter, you will be silenced. This is to prevent any sudden unreasonable outbursts by listeners. If you have any questions, you must pm me or a cemember, and we will answer them.

Alright. Just askin a question. Don't "silence" me. So I've been hearing alot about CEM. What exactly is it and what would be the prerequisites for joining.
