👖🏃👟Hammy excersizes👟🏃👖

Okay so I'm doing winter and spring track this year and I haven't been doing very well. I'm a sprinter/mid-distance (600s and 100s are my best races) and I've been falling behind and need help. I've been working out my legs all weekend and my calves are fine but I've had lots of trouble finding a good hamstring excersize. All the ones I've found require a bunch of equipment I don't have. All I have is a few dumbells, a mat, and a treadmill. Does anyone know any good excersizes I can do?

Regarding offenders, a 2002 FBI study concluded that just over 95 percent of bank robbers are males and one-third of known offenders are between 18 and 29 years of age. While a bit dated, I suspect this demographic hasn't changed much. It's more likely that you are African-American or white.

You have been working out your legs all weekend? Doing what exactly? Don't waste your time with leg presses, calve raises etc! Squats is what you should be doing. Squats and nothing else.

Just make sure your form is good. Shit form in squats can be damaging for your back. Use a flat bench underneath you till you get your form right. It helped me immensely.

For sprints, you'll need to add strength and explosiveness. I was going to suggest tuck jumps, squats, lunges, and deadlifts, but here's some advice from a guy who actually knows this stuff:

Go to a swimming pool and do some laps kicking.
Also, stretch often. The more flexible you are, the faster you can be

I can squat 220 lbs 1st set, and legs aren't even my focus. He's a runner, his legs should be crazy strong.

Woah slow down then. You have a lot more growing to do yet. Intense weight training so young might do more harm than good.Add: OLSEN wrote:
