Has anyone had theirs removed? They say it only processes fatty foods and there are no side effects to getting it out, I'm only 23 and very active but am having problems with mine just curious

Aside from the occasional case of the shots and an upset stomach after eating fatty foods, you don't notice any real issues.

Oh, and my mother had her gall bladder removed 20 years ago. Some small changes to her diet but nothing life changing.
