I have been playing a month spent a little money on a tunes cards and am in a all out war with a local player he has a bigger mob and has better gear. He capped all my original turfs I moved to a different city is there any was to win other then mob up he is gaining mob just as fast

You could change your definition of "winning." If you define it as getting your ass kicked all over town, then I'd say you are doing a great job "winning," and don't need to punch any codes!

900 mob in a month is poor and I would guess you haven't punched a single code.
Your 900 mob are not armed correctly either.

Find other players who have issues with who youre battling. It's a good idea to build relationships regardless of war also.

Other than that, hop and be a pain in the ass and punch codes is best you can do.
