I have recently completed all my missions to we're they all say elite. What do I do know

You always do your missions now most people try to get loot. I find Port Heist to be very bad for getting loot

The only missions I have elite are loot ones, the others are all a huge waste

I usually get better loot off port heist. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten no loot from a dozen CBS in a row. Then, CBS may give some real junk loot. Port Heist tends to give rarer loot.
All depends on what you are looking to get. Right now I'm trying for Consiglieres with CBS. Experiment a little. See what you like. A few weeks of experimenting with missions won't make or break you if one is giving 6% more xp but 9% less loot. Who cares?

Is something suppose to happen when u finish all the mission, I had heard that u start all your missions over is that true

It's in the help forum, mystery addressed these "myths". I'll save you the time and answer no. Nothing happens when your reach elite on all missions.

I agree roger. I have more loot upgrades than I can use. What I want are the AR and stuff I can use while fighting. Port heist gives me better stuff overall.
