Wait.. What year were you born. Heard that in 2011, anyone born after 1993 has to wait to drive when they are 18.

Lol in france where allowed to ride motor cycles at 14 if we passed the test ( I got 19/20 too easy) and there is no law yet for electric cars so a 4 years old is allowed to drive an elctric car without permit 😺

It's easy as fuck I passed it twice with out studying alot. It's mainly common sense... (yeah. Twice. I got lazy and didn't take my driving test before the first one expired hahaha)

in NJ it's about 14-15 to drive a scooter

Your dvla ( not sure what USA versions called ) seems extremely laid back. To ride a scooter in the uk you have to be 16. Car you have to be 17 and take a theory test which is 50 questions and a hazard perception test after that.
