Hey I am building a entry level budget gaming PC costing £400, since I'm 14 and I am not earning money then I cannot go over this unless I sell my ps3 320gb, I don't know what to do, all of my friends are on the ps3 and some of them are making the mo d to pc but they still play games such as cod on the ps3, should I sell my play station and build a better PC? Thanks!

All my friends are on xbox and i have a ps3(used to have xbox but got rrod).What i did was, i got new friends.lol. No but for real if you have the money to upgrade or build a pc with i nice graphic card i would go for the pc.Crysis 3 is comming out soon and it looks awesome.
Yeah I think I've made my decision! Now I just need to persuade my parents to let me sell my console and build a PC:( what graphics card would you recommend? I was looking at the 7770?

I did it for just under $1,000 USD and I shopped around over the course of 3 weeks to buy everything at the right prices

Yeah save money up for your pc and dont sell your ps3. Of course make sure you dont get a really good GPU then bottle neck it by buying a lower end CPU or RAM. I suggest you use pcpartpicker.com it compares prices from different places for you and makes sure your parts are compatible.

Pff, sell the PS3. Trust me, I used to have a 360 that I played games with friends on and once I built my computer it started to collect dust. It'll become an expensive paperweight. Sell it now (and this is the best time to sell) so you don't have to skimp on the GPU.

Three things - 1) if you are ever going to sell it, sell it now before the next gen consoles are announced so you can still get something for it.
2) once you go PC gaming you'll never go back to consoles
3) engineer knows his shit and helped me with a build

Never sell the PS3! Just save and build so you have both options.

Don't sell it. If you are a true gamer like myself you know that when that one game that comes out for a specific platform, you need to play it. Halo 4 for example. I needed to play that game. When I built my cpu i I had sold my xbox I wouldnt have been able to play halo 4! I would have bought a new one just to play halo. Don't sell it.

Yeah but I don't play any games that are sold solely on the play station platform! So I would be cool selling it anyway!

Until the next god of war or final fantasy come out, that's why I bought a ps3. Honestly just save and keep what you have, I love the freedom of being able to go back and play old favorites. I have every system since supernintendo(except dreamcast lol) and all the best games. Sitting around playing a game of mario party 2 on n64 is awesome lol except the blister in your hand still sucks. Save save save and be happy with what ya got I say.
