There is a new show on the Discovery channel called "militia rising".People who like the show doomsday preppers will like this show.They show different militias and one of them cracks me up.If you're intrested,first full show is on you tube.Search militia rising.

if there is ever a natural disaster on a massive scale, its THESE people who are gonna hinder rebuilding civilization by decades or even centuries.

you cant rebuild society when every other asshole with a gun and irrational psyche conditioning, is trying to kill any "outsider" who unknowingly walks into his turf, or tries to communicate but must be somehow trying to steal from you.

ive fell into this prepper thing admitted, as well in the past. but the more i think about it, the more irrational it seems.

in the end of the world, there will be a battle royale pitting all the preppers against their delusions, and deceptions.

kinda like a Team Fortress 2 server with FF on.

idiotic chaos and laughter.

sorry. not a typical greenman rant here. i just have always had this feeling that i'm gonna somehow manage to survive the end of the world. Then when i'm like just assured that i made it. like right when i feel that wave of comfort in that fact, some fucking douchebag is gonna see me randomly walking near a hidden supply cache, or whatever, and just shoot me flatout. even if i would have been totally peaceful, and cooperative.

first time i ever heard of prepping, that was the first thought i had after.

You're right for the most part greenman.Alot of people would shoot first ask questions later due to paranoia and fear.It is always good to be somewhat prepared so you won't end up in a f.e.m.a camp or a stadium like in the case of Katrina. They always put the crazies on these shows. Some are scared of natural disasters others are terrified of government tyrrany.IMO many myths come from fact ,i think that is why a growth in militia groups have risen in the last few years.

agreed. did you ever see the doomsday preppers with the guy who nearly lost his thumb posing for the show, and having his gun backfire on him? or the one where the 13 year old kid is convinced he knows enough about the world to rationalize hoarding guns and giftshop exotic swords and knives? or his parents who just were oblivious of the fact that that sorta thing isnt okay whatsoever. they instead just kinda shrugged it off, and supported it?

😂yeah the guy shot his thumb off and passed out lol. Later he developed a doomsday tool called the "kroval".Who wants to buy a tool from that guy? Lol There was an episode where 2 buddies from texas were inside a blind and one shoots his rifle, and the sound was amplified.The other guy started crying because he thought he was deaf 😂😂. As for the kid hoarding all those guns and knives ,that's a disaster waiting to happen. If you are ever bored check out vice on youtube alot of cool mini documentries. There's one where a guy goes into north korea and video tapes it.(crazy weird).Another where they go to Bulgaria to interview a guy who sold a nuke war head in the black market to a french journalist.They show the warhead and all 😂.Mormens vs Mexican cartels . all sorts of good stuff on there.
