I feel like, from reading posts from bigger players that can offer a helping hand, that 99% of all V. requests go unanswered, and most of the time are condemned. I'm worried because I am a smaller player again and don't think I'll actually receive any help from the forums. What do you think?

Make some friends and have them help you. Don't use the v forum. You might catch someone on a good day, but the odds are against it.

The V forum is mostly just badly written stupid requests. If a decent request comes along they usually find help.

Reading the v forums, i noticed that in 60% of the cases, its bully crying out for help after getting smacked down by either a bigger player, or a small one that got fed up with it and mobbed up to get revenge...

In 90% of the last example give , that bully just does a reset as he/she cant stand losing.

For smaller guys, as long as its a legit reason and the proper details, u will always get help. Now if u cry over just a few turf and haven't mobbed up, u will be criticized for it. Just my input...

Remember in the V forums people are going to look at both sides of the tale. Whining over a turf is not going to help you. Reputation is everything, if you cry over 1 turf then players may give you something to really cry about.Read the forums, work out who is who, many of us are arseholes having a laugh but will help someone genuine.

Genuine requests where someone new and growing is being abused will find help. But generally these are rare. Most V's I've helped in I have been approached directly by players who I know and have given me a good and genuine reason to assist.
