This is a new series that I will like to try out. For those of you that don't know, Cryptoquotes are puzzles of encrypted text!
For example GQSSO. G=B Q=E S=L & O=A. So that puzzle is BELLA. These cryptoquotes are original and made up by me to make theme turf war themed. The first one is a quote, once it is solved i will move on to the next one! Feel free to work together to solve it!

If that's a simple phase shift, this will be pretty easy. I don't have time to work it out though.
Subtract each letter by 13 to find your answer. The first word is if.

Does S still equal L in the quote? If so, the first word is il. It it unspecified whether this is in another language.
