I'm trying to buy another 2,500 pack, every time I do it tells me to contact iTunes support to finish the transaction. I went to the App Store and couldn't find a support button.

Did u already but 2? If so, then U won't be able to buy that package for another 24 hours. Try to buy another package, it will let u buy it. 😉
