Unicode maps is a free app with lots of symbols and stuff. It has them

I was wondering exactly the same thing.

you have to type what you want like this : ijmoe, then the letters you want on top, you have to flick them, by flicking the screen, and if you do it accurately it should get stuck on top of the desired letter

I flicked my screen like you said and it shattered... I then tried licking it to see if it would fix it, and now I have glass in my tongue
