In two weeks I've managed to turn my £175 phone bill into just £65 wooop wooop! Anyone else managed such a challenge? My bill is normally £45 lol!

Well done for getting that much taken off. So I take it they couldn't repair your existing phone then?

They never took it in, apparently they didn't realise i was actually in my warranty still, but I'm curious if theirs been a bad batch of iPhones cos all they did was ask what iPhone exactly that it was and that was it bam we will send u a new one hand old one to the courior when it arrives! Just wish I knew they couldn't deliver phone today cos I reset phone and told nick to log me off this one which luckily he ain't done yet!
