Well, they do read the suggestions forum. It's probably been complained about and I brought it up about a month ago in the Suggestions forum and today I noticed the fix!
When you attack a turf and you have to scroll down to attack again because of turf penalty and other special messages has been replaces by a "See Bonuses" button. Thanks Nick!

If you attack someone under penalty you'll see it.

When you arrive at a new location via airport for example you get a 30 days penalty on your turfs defense. That % penalty would show up if anyone attacks you turfs. Now all we see is that "See Bonuses" button. For those with IPhone devices we would lose the "Attack Again" button from the screen. It's a great fix!

Also another update it shows you how many hours you have since you build the turf if its in the same day.
