I keep reading about people muling...using a mule. What does that mean? Are they using a second phone on the same att account? Are they only attacking their second account? What is muling and if it is forbidden I would like to read rules about it...not that I want to do the same thing but I would like to read more about it to avoid it or be able to spot players who do.

Also Spoofing whatis that? If you are in UK and then 40 mins later in australia then the game should be able to find you faked your destination, is that it?...but if people do this on small scale, how are they found out?
