The loot pack is loot only! You cannot buy anything else no new weapons no new tirf upgrades, nothing. You have to do objectives or missions and you will randomly get them every so often.

wrong, the weapons and turf upgrade are not loot, go back and read it again. The items are broken down in three sections. Weapons, Turf Upgrade, and Special Available Loot
meaning we CAN buy the weapons and use the turf upgrade as much as we please just have to loot everythin else
