New way to find mules
Forums › General Discussion › New way to find mules-
By far my favorite way to find mules lately. I cap someone who is an "inactive" you know they are inactive because there are no comments on there wall and once I cap a turf I quickly look to see that they are paying police protection. But I don't stop there I keep capping that player then magically boom! In a vendetta against me 😂. Three players in the last week. Hmm I guess its possible they just like paying police protection. Ok I gotta go keep hunting 🐴's ✌

It's no longer possible to know someone's inactive by the lack of comments. Many were deleted by the new policy and many others were marked private to avoid deletion. Other than that, your strategy appears sound.

No comments on someone's wall does not mean that they are inactive.

Correct my good sir. Just a piece of the puzzle. No public comments in 90 days is strange, yes? It's no longer possible to know someone's inactive by the lack of comments. Granted I was largely basing my inactive decision in the paying police protection.

I always look at recent turf created and their exp level.

I've noticed that whether a capped turf is paying police protection or not hasn't been a good indicator lately either. I've gone after a lot of loot turfs & some capos from several inactives recently. (No planted or capped a turf in at least 2-3 months, 1 was 6 months. There were no recent comments by them on their walls - this was before comments were wiped on December 1st.) On some of them, including the 6 month guy, the capped turfs did not show they were paying police protection. It's been quite puzzling.Thumbs Riley wrote:

Before you say that they must be active - 2 of them I've capped at least 20 turf from over the past month or so. I haven't heard a word, no V's were started on me, not a single attack by them - nothing.

Hmmm quite puzzling indeed. I suppose it is feasible that there's a large group of people out there that have no idea what police protection is. While I have you here what's your opinion on capping inactives. Still relevant or an outdated concept now that there are so many players?
-
As someone just pm'ed me, they wouldn't be paying the cops if the capped turfs were capos. Duh, lol. I didn't pay enough attention to know if they were capo everywhere that I capped them.

My opinion is that it's still relevant. 1) Not every area is a big city with a lot of players. 2) Even if it is a big city, taxing inactives is much nicer than taxing actives. They don't complain, move their turf, attack you, etc. Lower than 86 inf you can tax without loot, which is really helpful for new players too.Hmmm quite puzzling indeed. Yes, please don't cap 84 inf turf! Those are rare treasures that should be preserved for posterity.

Same with 85's

I personally don't see the appeal of capping actives or inactives. I want to be mobile so I stay under limit. At some point it's not about the money, I got plenty $ to plant my own turf. So the only reason I got to cap is over loot or attacking some asshole. Gotta be mobile for that.

Oh I can find plenty of reasons for capping. I just want to be able to travel to those I want to cap.

Funky's reasoning is bullet-proof:
I don't have any comments and I'm inactive.

I don't have any comments
And I'm inactive -
Lol your too funny 😂😂😂

I'm too nice 😔
I give a 24 hour notice before capping someone who I think is inactive... -

Who let the dawgs out??!!!!!

Ok, I just capped 2 loot turf from a player that had not planted or capped a turf since April. He was not the capo. Yet, neither of his turf were paying police protection.
