Today we found out on our ultra sound that we will be hopefully be having a baby boy. 19 weeks another 20 to go:) still can't believe it after trying for 6/7 years plus two IVF, all hope was given up basically and we almost end accepted that it was not meant to happen.

Any advice on being a father in 20 weeks hopefully :)

I got puked on 3 times last night between 11:30 & 1. Was up at 3 am with my 8 month old then again at 5:30 with my 2 y/o. Had training at work from 9 am to 7 pm in a classroom then back to station 🚒 till 8 in the morning. Then I'm back in the classroom 9-7 tomorrow. You will have times like that & all you will think is how you can't wait to see them again so you can give them a hug. My boys are the greatest thing I have ever had. Congrats.

My wife and I finally had a son after 5 years and the whole invitro deal as well. They said it wasn't possible and we gave up hope. A year later my son was born. He is now going to be 4 soon and it's been the best years of my life. My wife is now 16 weeks into our second impossible pregnancy!
Congrats to you. There will be little sleep and you will make mistakes along the way but when they cling to you or look at you, its the greatest experience ever. Best of luck to you both.

Congrats Vito. 👆 is true. I catch myself telling a story about work or a movie I saw or something, then I'll look over at my kid and he'll smile at me, and it dawns on me that my story doesn't matter... Kids have a way of making everything else in your life seem small and insignificant. Like you know what really matters now. Being a dad is the best thing in the world, man.

Congratulations vito,you have a lot of wonderful times to come buddy if you're like me you'll have thousands of photos and my little girl is under 2 lol. Advice for a father to be...put a book on her belly and watch the baby kick it about,also baby kicking you in the back while laying in bed lol. Congrats
