Really that's weird because I've used iTunes cards with $20.00 exactly on them for the $19.99 pack. And it works every time.

The extra is probably charged to your credit card on record.

From the info I'm gathering in his thread, if you use an iTunes card while having a credit card on the account it taxes you?

I've used an iTunes gift card and not been taxed. I've purchased them through the TW web site and not been taxed. I've purchased them through the don using my iTunes account with debit and credit cards and never been taxed.

...when you buy the cards, the state taxes are added in with your purchase at the store. (in RL) When you apply the card to your device afterwards, it only applys the purchase amount. (in-game)
