I recently capped some turf from a couple different players only to have a larger player take 30 or so of mine. He tells me not to attack "his" turf only he gives the names of the turf of 4 different accounts... Is this legal? He has one big account and three smaller. Seems hes using them to get the bigger one turf by capping whoever gets to the smaller ones.

Now he claims they are part of his clan, but as far as i knew players with less than 2000 mob is uncommon for clan/alliances.

Yeah what turfa said. i only have one account though. but often little is done when larger player is capping smaller mule. The main one where people get banned/reset is if their mule accounts are in a V together.

Actually, the only time a second account or mule will get you banned is if you use them in a vendetta.

All other actions don't directly affect other players.

On my way to a million influence I capped 100s turf of my "mules" and wasn't banned.

The TOS says you are not to use another account in a way that is detrimental to another player or fair gameplay.

Open to interpretation. Some might say that something as simple as a mule account feeding turf to a main account so it can go over turf limit to jack up income, is unfair gameplay.

Just giving my opinion.
I was under the impression that he/she had capped other players to hit the 1mil milestone.
Pretty lame capping your own turf on a massive scale to gain acclaim tbh.

I stopped capping mule turf around the 750k mark. Belial made an issue of it on GD, so I reset the mules.

The last 250k was hard....

Having multiple accounts is a grey area. Everyone has heard or read different things. Support told me it was against TOS to have multiple accounts, yet TOS states that a second account can't be used as a detriment to other players or unfair gameplay. Take it how you want. Just play your game, your way. If you are going to use multiple accounts, don't make it obvious and if "Mule Hunters" catch you, watch out. Some players hate this and will force a reset, whether the mule or your main. There are different levels of muling. Just be ready for the consequences, if any, when caught.
