First idea when I woke up: Why can I only partially control what I think my body does, and why can't I control the molecules my body is made of?

Second idea: Why can't I control all the molecules, and why can't everyone else control them as well?

..... Maybe we're molecules that aren't fully functional...

Have you seen that movie where the guy goes in that seclusion tank(some tank full of water) and he floats there meditating. The concept of the movie was he is trying to tap into the molecular memory of every molecule in his body, billions of years of history. Long story short he turns into some monster but the particle memory was pretty interesting. I'm a little weary of the concept of tapping into it with your brain, but it would be cool if we could analyze alot more history out of molecules.

It's a sensory deprivation tank. It was a fad sometime in the past.
