  Don't know if this is true but sometimes ghosts may disguise themselves as regular people,you really never know.

  I feel it's a misunderstanding of perfectly reasonable circumstances. I'm speaking more generally than the proposed topic(s?). In the most basic explanations I've found...

  Ghosts: can be lumped into four categories.
  A- Residual imprints on the fabric of time/space.

  This is my explaination for residual hauntings. Hauntings which seem to repeat themselves over long periods of time, which don't seem to be aware of the observer. It's almost like rewinding a VHS tape, over. And over. And ove-....

  Here's why I find this theory compelling.
  -Eyewitness accounts which specifically mention a fading of colors of specific items the supposed apparitions are wearing. There are, for example, several accounts featuring women, wearing dresses with specific colors. Over the decades the discription of the the colors reportedly worn by the apparitions, tend to switch to lighter shades.

  For example red becomes light pink in the span of 100-250 years.

  Varying by case to case.

  Which assures my next type theory. This time it's the sometimes, self aware, and engaged entity.

  I.E.
  Poltergeists, tricksters, pretty much anything that tries to convey something to us.

  Without getting specific, I've been led to conclude that these type of... Well communications and experiences could very well be explained by vortexes which allow us, and them... To both cross connections to each others realities.

  It's along the lines of string theory, or multiple dimensions existing as each possible outcome or possibility.

  Kinda like butterfly effect, except time travel would essentially be traveling through other dimensions. What scares me the most about this possibility, is the fact that you will never know if you ever return to your universe, in the exact dimension you came from, after keeping into this type of travel.

  You can't know if you are back in youre dimension, or if you were simply destined to complete the universe you enter, because that would be a feasible possiblity. This it must have its own version of the universe, so that every layer of reality for every possible dimension, can continue to expand.

  This is what I think one part of the ghost phenomenon encompasses.

  The other parts are
  -Djinn
  - simple misinterpretations, and delusion.

  The last point is self explanatory.

  The topic of the Djinn is not something I care to explain anymore. It isn't my place.

  I'm not even going to dignify the question of extraterrestrials existing in the ENTIRE UNIVERSE or not, with an answer. The odds speak for themselves.

  As for cryptids... That's a topic I sometimes find sincerely frightening.

  It's also incredibly muddied and scoffed about. For good reason at times.

  But there's just way too many branches to explore with that. Big foot is just the pop culture urban legend. You really can't get an appreciation for cryptids unless you are looking directly at a skeleton imbedded in limestone, dirt, and whatever other rock (I'm not a geologist) which easily measured over 11ft tall.

  I'd actually be more comfortable saying it was at least 12.5-13.5 feet in length. The skull had red hair, and the jaw had two and a half sets of teeth. The half was the inner most set of teeth. However they were only molars.

  The half molar set of teeth were kinda where our wisdom teeth would be, if they were pressed against another set of teeth, and on the roof of the mouth.

  Press the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. The molars would be near the middle fat part of your tongue, and the roof of your mouth.

  Man this is hard to explain. So I probably shouldn't.
