He's capped almost 200 turf from me. They were all 85 influence benefitting the entire city. What's the point of that?!

This is bad advice. Especially if you have ever dealt with BMF 😜 he is a reasonable guy. Try talking to him. It may possibly be a goal of his, or he may just be bored. Communication and diplomacy work much better than Tommy's and body armor most times.......
