A player Capps inactives and I tell him to stop. Two weeks later he keeps capping inactives. May I cap his ass now? #TWproblems

Well, I was going to say you could always start small and just take turf he capped from others, then see if he is more willing to listen to reason. But that advice may be too late. 😏
