3 Hours ago I decided to take the plunge and quit smoking!
Instead of my usual 25or50g pouch I invested in an E-Cig, I didn't have much hope in myself just like the 50 other times but this seems to be working!

I would have normally smoked up to 5 cigs by now but I'm not craving a single one! Hopefully I can wiene(?) myself into a smoke free life with the e-cig then eventually drop that as well!
Anyone who's considering quitting I suggest buying an e-cig.

I've got enough to last me a week then I'm gonna try and get rid of it so I don't get hooked on it haha. Just to cover the first stage of quitting then solo.

What ecig are you using I've tried some cheaper ones and they didn't work for me

E-cigs are great. I got given some just over a year ago and didn't even intend to quit smoking. First my packet of cigs finished and I couldn't be bothered to buy a new one, so I started with the e cigs. Then about a week later the battery died on the e-cigs packet and I couldn't be bothered to charge it. 14 months on and I've been smoke free (not even a sneaky one honest).
Take the plunge. You never know what could happen.

10 motives, cost me £10 for the main rechargeable cig and £5 for 5 refills which equals to 75 cigs. Had a big impact already. Sort of vanilla taste.
@random, a friend of mine came into work with the cheap nicorette(?) ones and it tasted nasty so it put me off them for a long time. Brother rang me up and told me about e-cigs and how he hadn't had a cig, took his word now I've been smoke free for nearly 5 hours. Big accomplishment considering I'm half way through moving house and having a child👍

Ive been vaping almost two years, don't even plan on quitting. Got all that nicotine goodness without the nasty smoke.

Be careful from what site you buy from. A friend of mine was stung on an offer for a trial pack at a discount. After buying the discounted pack, he was billed the following month for the most expensive pack they had. You will find lots of complaints on google from about of different companies.
I would recommend one site skycig.com, no hidden subscriptions and its a really good e-cig as well.

I've used E-lites since July. I had no intention of quitting but a mate of mine had an E-lite, I tried it and bought myself one that day. I've not had a real cig since. 👍 I'm also using the E-lite progressively less each week.

Do you feel any cravings at all? I'm still shocked that I haven't had a cig yet. Also, what e-lite/cig are you using?

I don't recall a craving for a real one, with the hit I get from the Ecigs, it satisfies.
The brand I use is called E-Lites. I'm not sure if it's just in the uk or not. 👍

I'm E-lited, with them!, 😄 (I might sell em that tag line!)

I think you guys are using disposable ones , I bought a ego-c from joyetech with a tank(stardust style) with some coil (it's a changeable coil) and enough e-juice for a couple of month (a lot of flavor).

Btw , I'm not that much bother to quit ecig ... I can vape while having a beer at the bar !

I'm hoping to drop it sooner rather than later. I can see myself in another so many years time puffing away on them.
I've got a rechargeable cig and the filters? screw on and off so you can change them. I haven't done much research into vaping(?) but I can't wait to smoke it in the local!

How much are ecigs? I will be quiting th tabs wen I get bk from my holiday nxt week. I tried t quit with champix(of it's spelt that way) but thy made me ill.

I spent just under £15 to get me going, that came with the rechargeable cig and 5 refills. I've tried every other method and they all resort in me smashing up my tv within 5 hours. So far so good.

How long wil thy last you? I don't want t spend more thn I do on tabs lol.

Hopefully a week, then when I start bringing myself of them ill be on a lot less. So far ill be spending a fiver a week which compared to me buying tobacco, well, my bank will think its won the lottery.
