Not sure if this thred will work but i need help raising the value of turf in morgan hill (south of san jose CA) theres only a few of us turfers here but theres plenty in san jose so if you can, please hop over and plant some turf, thanks in advance

On a side note, nice idea trying to raise the income of the area. Best thing to do though is hop to the bigger places / more populated areas.

How about this, any one any size can come and tax any of my MORGAN HILL turf until income raises without consequence, then ill match ur turf influence and u can keep ur turf there free from taxation by me!

I tried to go to morgan hill but I got capped before I got there. I Diddent go because of the lack of benefits.... and foolish newbie.

Foolish is a prob for some ppl in my area but i need him here for income purposes, if anyone has a prob w foolish let me know and ill talk to him because we have a bit of "grudge" history and he owes me one at this point!
