To be honest here you can only depend on your self in the end. Making friends will help though. Go to invitecodematrix.com, make an acount, and start punching codes. Do temporary codes first as they expire. If you need any more help feel free to Pm me

Unless you get big you can't really have a clan you can depend on to match these requirements,
Just mob up, make some allies and get strong.

Not really true! There are many alliances out there
