It depends how strong they can be and where they hit. May lose power and rain will most likely cause flooding.

Pa here. The stores are nuts. The last one, Irene I was without power for 3 days. And water ankle deep for a day and a half. They're saying this one is gonna make Irene seem like a spring shower. Got my beer, got vodka, I'm prepared. 👍

But wasn't Irene a Cat 3 hurricane? Sandy is only a Cat 1

Categories go by wind strength. Irene when it got here to pa was basically a massive rain storm. The winds weren't terribly bad. Stay safe if your in the cone area.

I heard the frankenstorm might hit near my area, but it probably won't be that bad since we'd be located around the edge of the storm, I live near Lexington by the way.
