I hate it when you have all your turf rolling in money and everything's going good, then a really big player makes a turf and upgrades right next to urs and screws the whole thing up

Damn! I tried to relieve of the turf you were referring to but I think I grabbed the wrong one. I guess I should take another look so you don't have to worry about it getting taxed.
