Fixed header...I hate it! I also love it!

Kind of in the title bit the fixed header is great when your attacking someone or doing missions but I don't know if I'm the only one but when I start to type something the Header comes right down into my text box covering half of it. I really hate that it would be good if it stayed like a fixed header for everything else but when typing it disappears were it belongs.

I'm merely suggesting that suggestions should be discussed.
