I remembered how I saw between 20-50 but lately for a few days it seems to be 70 or more per day. Coincidence or is there an actual spike?

Yeah but how did they find the app? Tw is a very popular game for those that give it a chance but that amount is very small. Type of game that keeps you for sometimes years and the amazingly easy access to the forums allowed a tightly created community and also adds a factor in keeping people on it. However, it has been nearly a year since tw was a top app and I don't think it is now.

They don't need to give it a chance for a temp code. And I see how with more Idevices more players at once. That's why Christmas time has so many temps. New Idevice owners.

Maybe, but that's still another year of growth in terms of quantity of players. With regard to being the top app, I suppose the reach of devices would reflect in downloads of other apps too, plus the amount of new apps released over the year, which will make achieving top app that little bit harder?

I'm just speculating of course. 😊 Maybe nick decided to pad the temps out a bit. 😄

And as for them finding turf wars imagine if it's only the hard lookers finding it. Now put it in top 25 with the new Idevices. the spike COULD be from the new phone but that could just be because that's more people digging deeper.
