TW Hall of Fame?

Any thoughts? My idea was that in top mobsters there should be a new a category next to mob n it should b hall of fame. And in order to get in, we should have a vote poll between, for example 3 mobsters that have retired, resigned, quit etc. And whoever has the least votes of the 3 mobsters wont be get in the hall of fame. Thats my view on it. Put your views and ideas too on a TW hall of fame
