This would be a new Aspect to the game. Mystery said "the best mobster is subjective/opinion" which can only be measured by well, opinion.

Let's create a rating system and we can call it "Fame" for now.

How it works:
Each mobster may +Fame or -Defame another mobster ONCE. This rating/voting is annonomous and is viewable as a stat on a players profile.

After Faming or Defaming another mobster you may only change your vote after 30 days from the initial vote.

This can then be implemented into the top mobsters leader board.

On the site, there are a few ways to rate other mobsters.. You can give them Karma.. Like their profile... And rate their comments.. Everything you do on the site, and every time someone else does something, like gives you a thank you, you earn points... Someone likes you, you earn points.. Everything on the site gives points in one way or another... I could also create a rule that would do what you were saying
