Spent my 6 hour shift at work today selling food to raise money for breast cancer research. I would have felt better if I wasn't working while raising the money, but either way I was glad to do it! My grandma died from breast cancer and my mom is a survivor...hopefully it skips my sister!

Ya...most likely they both will, and my hasn't had it yet, but she could still get it 😞
But no need to worry about that right now! 😁 They're all alive and healthy for now, and couldn't ask for anything else!

I just recently played a concert to raise funds for someone's operation because of cancer...Worthwhile cause.

Hope it wast for that Susan G Komen, I haven't verified buy I've read they put little money to research and more to suing people that use their logo or something. If that's not true then good. If it is hope it wa for a local charity. Other than that awesome stuff.

I just realized how self centered this sounded! What I meant by this is I would have felt better if I wasn't getting paid because I was doing this at work! It would have felt better if I was volunteering my time 😁
But regardless, I'm happy to still have contributed!

I don't know where the proceeds are going to. I was told that it was just going towards breast cancer research. I'm hoping it is going to good charity that will undoubtedly use the money for the right purposes intended!

My grandma Had it so they removed her breast in which it was found in but now they think it may have came back in the remaining breast she still has
I forgot what researchers said but it's like every 4 mins or secs that a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer somewhere
