IMPORTANT: Are you upgrading to iOS 6?

  Hi everyone,
  To ensure Turf Wars works properly on your iOS 6 device, please make you are running the latest version of Turf Wars (version 2.28). This version fixes several critical issues, including the inability to select turf on the map, as well as startup and rotation issues.

  If you're experiencing any other issues related to your iOS 6.0 upgrade, please feel free to share them here.

  Maps look great having hard time loading major areas like Philly airport basically if there is more than 500 turf in close proximity it takes forever to load. Otherwise I'm havin no problems

  I've got 2.28 and while I can select turf, healing and attacking has been slow.

  I believe I have 2.28, however I have another problem with the iOS6 upgrade in that now when I access the app store for upgrades I get a message that reads "Account Not in This Store. Your account is not valid for use in the Malaysian store. You must switch to the U.S. store before purchasing". Does anyone know how I can do this?

  Here are some problems I have compiled.
  • Healing turf and attacking are slower.
  • Selecting turf upgrades takes longer. (Seems that I have to push "Buy Another" at least 3 times before it does buy another, this could be caused by that magnifying glass feature.)
  • Moving, expanding, and buffering the map takes a substantial amount longer and is very glitchy.
  • The new map has a lot of green areas, (Not sure what they are, state/national parks of forests?) but they may mix you up with your turf placement circle, because its also green. But not big issue, just annoying. (Only when zoomed out a large distance)
  • And I'm sure there is many more.

  It can be switched thru iTunes when you hook up to a computer. You must have a zero balance on your account though.

  I'm having problems with slow heals, slow attacks, and slow captures.
  Sometimes when I try to name a turf my curser will Dissapear and I can't write the name I have to press done and the yet again.

  Iv updated and the new apple map is sluggish, doesnt respond well. Im on an iphone4, maybe ipad is better.

  When I purchase multiples for an upgrade, the keyboard pops up momentarily. Rather odd.

  Thanks. I did a hard turn off and on and that seems to have fixed it.

  I use my iPad for attacking/healing so haven't tried it on my phone yet, but the map on my phone is glitchy. I'm getting turfs that are half colored, half white.

  Here's my list:

  • Healing turf and attacking are slower, or just hangs for 5-15 seconds both on 3G and Wifi

  • Selecting turf upgrades takes longer. (Seems that I have to push "Buy Another" at least 3 times before it does buy another

  • Moving, expanding, and buffering the map takes substantially longer

  • The new map has little circles as the center of a lot of cities that look like omertà until you zoom in. Just a feature of the map itself I guess. Overall love the new look.

  My attacking seems a tad bit slower, but everything else is working great. The new map is about a million times faster for me.
