Anything I should know that could help him out in any way
Right now I have him on the bed laying on his side with a trashcan next to him
Gave him water and bread
And he threw up alot before he finally fell asleep

But anything else I should know just in case?

Keep him on his side, that's a good thing. As when overly intoxicated you can choke on your own vomit.
Water is good, keep him hydrated. Btw bread is a rumor, it doesn't help anything except give you more to puke up.
He's just gonna have to ride it out and pray to the trash/porcelain gods.

LMAO only family here so he's going to narrow it down to me and my sis cuz everyone else doesn't know he was drinking and my sis is outside smoking..... Seems I'm the only clean one too bad I'm insane lol

In the mourning when he wakes up, give him 2 advils and bottled water. You can bring him Vietnamese soup or pizza in the mourning so his stomach isn't empty, otherwise he would just be throwing up stomach acid.

He just woke up telling me he's feeling better
But I'm still staying up in case he throws up again, he's laying on his back now cuz he claims he's fine and he's talking normal again

I remember once my big bro stood me up on my head in our shower once....I was surrounded by puke when I finally came out of it. It worked though

Also I was asking cuz my sis (who's the alcoholic of the bunch) was outside smoking and did t want to come back in and I didn't want to do something that I wasn't supposed to
