Notes the worded disabled and disabilities no matter if u think it wrong or right to say that it is what it is, the law states u must use them words and not hurtful words as u can be arrested so no matter what ur silly argument this is facts unless everyone else is wrong which means u should join arnold in becoming new president That's how stupid ur talk is!!! U gave an opinion and it's noted now the facts are above if none of the above fall in that area then ur not disabled nor have any disabilities both words have been used!!!

Jeremy, why are you arguing over how to speak about someone with a disability? Why are you speaking down on street boy?
I used to know a lad in a wheel chair as he was paralysed from the waste down, when he introduced himself he would always say "I'm disabled" no more no less.

This isn't a topic to argue about, this could offend people. Apologise to each other and go away.

No. This kid is too thick to understand. He thinks just because he can copy and paste from the Internet he knows something. This is simple to understand but he doesn't get it. He tries to make it argument over grammar and when that doesn't work he tries to make it about what a disability actually is. It isn't about any of that. It is about the proper terminology. Calling someone a disabled person is NOT correct and is almost as bad as calling them a retard or a cripple.

Disabled people is different from a person with a disability in another way. Disabled person may refer to some one who is, say, paralyzed from a car accident.
