Curious newbie question

Although I've been playing this game for a minute, I haven't been all that into it so this may seem like an odd question to ask, but is there like a turf taking ediquit involved in this game? Like some do's and don't's I should know when taking someone's turf?

Just watch how much you cap. It's a personal bound you must find for yourself

Pretty much. It's all up to you, but I've heard of the 4x4 rule before. No more than 4 turf capped, or 4 attacks on one player

4x4 seems fair. I'll keep that in mind.Pretty much. It's all up to you, but I've heard of the 4x4 rule before. No more than 4 turf capped, or 4 attacks on one player

Do what you are prepared to have done to you.

That'll happen, a lot. But stuck it out, mob up, and get revenge! πEl Chubaneebre wrote:

Yeah I didn't get the memo in time lol. So now I'm just focusing on mob'n up so I can retaliate later on

Its a great feeling, I had a guy at like 2k mob bully me, make a truce then break it and do it all again when I started. I didn't know about ICM or anything at the time, just used the invite forum, (what a pain in the a**!) anyway, mobbed up and once I was strong capped all his turf out of my city, now anytime I ER him, he PMs me asking why I'm such a bully. πYeah I didn't get the memo in time lol. Best bet for you to learn about the game is take a few minutes and go into the Help and Stratergie section of the forums. There you will find most If not all of the questions you have about the game. just remember attacks on you are not personal unless it's constant. Most is for XP which you and the attacker will get. Well good luck and happy turfing.

I know the basics. I was basically just looking for the "common courtesy" tips. Someone accused me of picking on them cause I attacked, not capped, their turf. Then I got slaughtered by someone else telling me to leave em alone. So I just wanted to make sure I wasn't inadvertently breaking an unwritten rule. Also I realize this is just a game (in case the next commenter desides to chime in with that retort)Best bet for you to learn about the game is take a few minutes and go into the Help and Stratergie section of the forums. "Common courtesy" is a foot in the ass!
Play how you like, cap who you want. However, there may be consequences for your actions.

Actually you might want to reset. With 148 energy and 11 stamina and 1,600 mob at level 57, you could redo much better. Don't put skill points into defense or attack since they add so little they are worthless. Stamina is a big part of the game. Also get health up fort to 250 since it comes at a 1 skill spent:10 health increase ratio. Stamina is more important.

Basically what everyone else said...don't cap inscribed becau the land value goes down, and don't over-cap a player because then you may be facing a strong V against you that will ultimately destroy you

Also so the 5 free points a day to get points to increase turf limit. Just reset and all your respect points will be there. And you don't have much to loss currently. A week and you will be better off than you are now of you do it more correctly. Also go onto 'www.invitecodematrix.com' and create an account. Punch all temp codes, which are codes given to new players that last a week long so big players are tempted to lunch the codes so the new players mob up quicker in return and also they are temporary codes so called 'temp' codes for short, and some regular codes as well. Do pages of 100 at a time also.
And this is just advice to help you start of the game as beat as possible. You decide k. Whether to follow it or not.

Play the game your way, bear in mind the open ended way this game works.
Actions have consequences, if you play aggressively be prepared to suffer attacks from bigger players.
I played this game differently to most (still do), and have achieved a lot of unique milestones as a result.

Dont cap inactive players turf, decreases the income and can get you in trouble
