It's my birthday and im 31 and dreading being over 30😢 if you have any tips on dealing with age please let me know😉

I did that LOL but it's 6am and I've just got in from work at the Olympics and I'm about 6 beers down 😉

For my 30th I mostly hid under the stairs drinking vodka and forgetting😉
