I used to watch those tributes faithfully for the first few years, but they get me every time. So, I just began paying my own tribute to those fallen throughout the year.

I wanted to make it back to NYC before the 11th to visit ground zero, but things have been to hectic.

I've been to ground zero once in civilian attire and once in uniform. Makes me emotional thinking about it. Makes me want to deploy again actually.

I went to ground zero a couple months ago...bee moving. I can only imagine what that day was like in lower Manhattan. And I also had the chance to see the memorial at the Pentagon since moving to the DC metro area

I remember where waking up to the news at 8: 45 on that faithful day. I could not go to work that day, I felt sick to my stomach.
I feel I owe it to the lost soul's also the surviver's our solders to listen to there stories.

TLC running specials tonight. I still remember with vivid clarity where I was and what I was doing. I actually went to the WTC the summer before they fell and I walked through them.

911 is something we should never forget. I still tear up when I watch any kind of tribute to the people who died that fateful day and to the heroic efforts by the first responders and others. 🙏🙏

My first cousin is a carpenter and finished a job on one of the towers a month ahead of schedule.
Never forget that day.God bless all.

My uncle Is in nypd and was there. There was somewhere he had to go and as he's leaving on his motorcycle he sees it go down in the mirror on his motorcycle.

Thanks Zraygo, I'll record it. I was at ground zero for the first time two weeks ago, it was very moving.
