SENSA "a new way to lose weight"
Forums › General Discussion › SENSA "a new way to lose weight"-
Has anyone here used this type of diet strategy? Personally I think it's pointless to use diet pills/drugs or just plain powder blends. It could just be my subjective opionon. 😁

Punching 👊 these codes have made me gain 10 pounds 😜
Jk
-
I've heard of it. I think it's complete BS. Using a sprinkle to loose weight is kind of out there..
-
Of course, everything only works "with diet and exercise" so really, it doesn't help at all. Placebos at work 👍
-
I have no faith in those types of strategies. Most weight issues can be managed through diet and exercise unless it's a glandular or other medical issue. It's a simple formula - if you take in more calories than you burn, you'll gain weight. Pick a way to take in less calories and burn more.

On August 23rd I started a 2000 calorie a day diet with the starting weight of 325. This morning I weighed in at 312. I don't exercise, just live.
-
I'm currently on a sugar & bread free diet...I've lost 20+ pounds in three weeks, with moderately-low exercise...Quick way to lose weight quickly.
-
Any suppliment besides vitamins is a dangerous thing, I'd have to agree. Unless, you don't like your heart that is.
I'll have to read about this one. Haven't seen it yet.

I am thinking of going back to my Atkins diet.
-
My opinion is the only true way to lose weight is to eat less and do more. Most of these new diets are just generating cash for some person somewhere who plays on a never ending problem of weight. Just my opinion
-
Good points. I have heard that SENSA is absolutely harmless because it has to do with releasing a hormone that causes you to feel full thus lowering your portions you eat. So I think it's a waste of $90 just to have a substance to help you control your "eating" habits. I lost weight just giving up sodas milk and bread. I dropped at least 20 pounds

Isn't the Atkins diet made illegal because of some death it caused? I could be wrong but I just heard too many bad things about it to make me stay away from it.I am thinking of going back to my Atkins diet.

Coming out made me lose a stone😂
(do not try this at home kids!)

This sounds like a good idea, drop the calorie intake and you could carry on normal if you have a active lifestyle and you should lose weight. You could spend the money you saved from not buying supplements and treat yourself elsewhereOn August 23rd I started a 2000 calorie a day diet with the starting weight of 325. I have replaced two meals a day with a 180calorie protein supplement drink. It has the nutrients of a 5000 calorie meal and it is very filling. Before I eat I ask myself, am I eating because I'm hungry or because I'm bored? So far, seven days in and I've lost six pounds. Its not rapid weight loss, but then again rapid weight loss is as unhealthy as being overweight....
-
It's just as hard for people who are trying to put weight on as well as lose it believe me

I guess after a hour of punching codes, I'll slip in the nice little DVD of "Insanity" work outs and clinch a few muscles.

The future is fasting. Ask an Indian.

Screw sensa and other diet fads. The only thing that works is eating less than you burn. Give up refined sugars, wheat, and processed foods. Eat plenty of healthy fats. Don't overeat. Fast from dinner to dinner 1-2 times a week (24 hours). You will lose weight while being very healthy. Just eat healthy don't eat processed sugars etc don't go out to eat if you do order a a salad because most likely when you finish your diet and get to your goal you'll gain the weight again slowly but just eating healthy you will get you in a lifestyle

The only weight loss pill I've found to work has to contain ephedra. That being said, the side effects of ephedra are....not so good, let's say. Plus ephedra has been banned in the USA. Unsure of its market in other countries, but I would almost consider using it again if I could get a hold of some.
