Totally! I've been to both American and Chinese schools, and there are some Chinese kids in 2nd grade who know more about nuclear physics than an eight grader in America! but there are very few Chinese teachers for some reason.... Even in china I don't see any Chinese teachers! (well, there's singaporans, Koreans, etc.)
