Hahaha!😂👌 seriously though, most testicular torsions straighten themselves out. But some won't. To not do anything about it can cause one to lose a testicle. Occasionally, surgery is involved.

I've had that happened before it hurts like hell. Can't move a certain way and can't call for help lol can't pull on it and just gotta hop for the best. Eventually they unravel or untangle which ever works best in this situation.
