  It's not really a waste. All of the money spent was done so on Earth. We learned a ton, bankrupted the Soviets, and got to go to the frikkin' MOON man!

  HAHAHAHA! That's a good one. You might believe an Internet hoax over a peer-reviewed article in Wikipedia.

  By all means... Change the article to your opinion, and watch how fast it is reverted and you are booted out.

  The history and language of an executive order is hard to get wrong. You might also check snopes for the massive fraud out there for this particular executive order put out by jokers and conspiracy nuts.

  If you are actually arguing that this article is substantially incorrect, I will accept any specific criticisms.

  If you will look carefully at the bottom of Wikipedia articles, you will find references, sources, links, etc.

  If you are going to begin research, it's an excellent place to start.

  Saying not to use Wikipedia for research is EXACTLY like saying not to use a public library for research. Like there are no opinions, falsehoods, or outdated information in a public library...

  Tell me exactly why the medium makes information unreliable. (unlike paper books, which are ALWAYS primary sources and absolutely correct information 100% of the time.)

  Think for yourselves. Stop listening to people stuck in 1973 academia. (at least once you stop writing papers for them :)

  I honestly don't know much about it, which is why I said I don't understand. But from a glance it seems like they were forcing fiat currency down the populations throat and giving more power to a private corporation that has a printing press. And now since gold and paper money are no longer connected the fed has unlimited printing power. There are no checks and balances anymore. I'll go read more about it now though.

  I believe that the technology to colonize the moon CAN be done, it's just a matter of money. The many billions upon billions of dollars it would cost to put an actual colony on the Moon....
