So with the people using two devices. Is that the same account or you just use a secondary for reading the forums. Because I thought it was against TOS to be logged on multiple devices. Don't remember what I read for sure.

The only reason you are allowed to have the same account on 2 different devices is when transferring it from the old device to the new, as per approval from Support. In this case, once the new device logs into the account, the account is deleted from the old device.
Any other use is against the TOS. -
