Stupid I know but does anybody know how long it takes to go back to 12 from 15pts when you increase turf number using the don?

It goes down after 24 hours. However, if you waited different times for upgrading it, it only goes down for each purchase after 24 hours.
1:00- buy limit
3:00- buy limit (next 13)
1:00 following day
3:00 following day (next 12)

I buy four every day and in 24hrs it's back at 12.
