I tried to leave tw and it's very hard. I still come on for halfan hour a day. Trying to make it five minutes. Anyways, I'm trying to bulk up. Gain some weight. Gain some muscle. Anyone know some good workout plans or ways to get some weight? I'm 12 and I'm 5'8" only 102lbs. Wiry as can be lol.

At the age of 12, you're more likely to do severe and/or permanant damage to your body by attempting working out etc.
Honestly, just keep growing as you age, allow your bones and muscle to mature and strengthen naturally for a few years, and begin toning up when your body can cope with it.Sorry to disappoint mate, but you'll regret it later in life if you cause yourself damage 😁

...P.S. your weight is a bit low for your height, but it's not unusual at your age and not really cause for concern. Trust me, you'll bulk up naturally in the next few years.

Biggest suggestion is to just remain active. Eat healthy and just grow.

I have an hour a day workout plan. Different muscle group everyday with two days of rest. Do you have machines? How long do you want to workout every day?
I'm 16 5'11 181lbs ever since I started working out a year ago I've felt great everyday. Go for a run before school, and I'm wide awake for my morning classes. Hit me up on PAL and I'll see what I can do.

Not that I'm knocking working out or being young, they just don't go well together. At all. Be careful what you advise.

You for sure need to wait about 5 years minimum before you start to weight train.

Honestly just do some pushups and situps. Use your own body weight. The other guys are right. Don't lift weights. Eat more and use your own body weight. Or jog or something. Wait a few years and if you start now by staying active an eating right the working out will be much easier to get into and you'll have great results. When it's time.

Play sports, and be active. Riding bikes or running helps your calfs, sit ups works your stomach, and get you the six pack. Push up work your arms. Eat a lot after you work out because when you work out, of course your gonna get tired. When you you get tired your body rests. All that food is protein and carbs feeds your body.

Just a good diet lil' dude you should naturally start filling out once you've stopped growing upwards. No excessive weights just light weights and reps for now I think. It will show definition quite quickly due to being slim.

Im 13 and I go to a gym, im 5'6 and 147 lb, it helps because i do a lot of sports, i started off with a trainer but now im on my own, so my advice is go to a local gym and get a trainer

And my suggestion is do not start wieght lifting at your age. It will do your body some real harm. What I suggest is do pull ups, push ups, sit ups, and exercise without wieghts. Also running and swimming are can tone you up with the right diet behind it.

At twelve just do 30 bicep curls each night and some pushups and situps don't try any thing to hard because at the age of twelve u run a huge risk of hurting urselfe working out
