I have tried Five Guys, In-n-Out and Johnny Rockets (the original on melrose) and none of them are half as good as Burger Joe's here in Atlanta or Jerry's in Pensacola FL. Of course with Jerry's and Burger Joe's, you'll need a cardiac consult to go with your burger. ;-)

I had five guys for the first time a couple weeks ago and I loved it.

But in n out is the best franchise burger place around.
Double double animal style. With animal style fries.

Anyone tried HAG? Below is wikepedia entry for it.
The Heart Attack Grill is a fast food hamburger restaurant in Chandler, Arizona. It has courted controversy by serving unashamedly high-calorie menu items with controversial names. The establishment is a hospital theme restaurant: waitresses ("nurses") take orders ("prescriptions") from the customers ("patients"). A tag is put on the patient's wrist showing which foods they ordered and a "doctor" examines the "patients" with a stethoscope.
The menu includes "Single", "Double", "Triple", and "Quadruple Bypass" hamburgers, ranging from 0.5 to 2 lb (0.23 to 0.91 kg) of beef (up to about 8,000 calories), "Flatliner Fries" (cooked in pure lard), unfiltered cigarettes, beer and liquor, and soft drinks such as Jolt cola and Mexican Coke made with real sugar. Customers over 350 lbs in weight eat for free if they weigh in with a doctor or nurse before each burger. Beverages and to-go orders are excluded and sharing food is also not allowed for the free food deal. -
Damn, north carolina needs a johny rockets and an in and out, ive never even heard of "in and out"
-
👋guys is horrible. I really like johnny rockets burgers and shakes.
-
Eat at a chain, get a chain burger. I've had them all. In&Out, five guys, graffitti burger... One of them might be better but that's like arguing if the Browns, jaguars, or bills are better, all pretty shitty.... Every city has it's local spot, Columbus has Thurmans. It was on Man-Vs-food when that fat bastard tried to eat a Thurmanator, to no avail.
-
Has n e 1 tried the triple baconator from wendys yet? U gotta put some fertilizer on yr balls befor you order it. 90 g of fat. Mmmmmmmmmmmm
-
triple baconator is childs play and not very good..too much of that sauce or whatever it is

I'm on the east coast now and from the looks of it we like grease! Not myself so much I wish we has a in n out.. Fresh fries ftw.. Also miss el pollo loco.. Our Boston market sucks donkey balls compaired to el pollo
I didn't try johnnys or fat burgers tho..

I like 5 guys. They're not the best, but they have great fries and I like how it's one price for whatever topping you want on your burger. I don't really care for Johnny Rockets, but In and Out is absolutely far superior.

Can you have them cook the fries in liquor?
