Ok so my brother just came out of unactivity yesterday and a guy is capping his turfs to get capo of somewhere. I know you are suppose to be able to hold capo by yourself but it might put him the in negative income area if he takes it. So should i cap him out of the area so my brother can continue the game and get his income back on track.
