Hey everyone. Got a intervee tomorrow to be a physical training instructor for the territorial army. Anyone got any good ideas for questions for me to ask them at the end? Martin x

If your already enlisted or whatever idk but if your jus a random person then findout the benifits and all that simple crap??? Idk never had a real job interview.

Ask what they can do for you with regard to personal development.

I do a lot of recruiting. Tbh. I have usually made my mind up before the 'got any questions' part. I think being polite, positive re-enforcing body language, smiling and if you can pull it off, a sense of humour too. Dress (being the army) is VERY important. Clean shoes, etc. Haircut (short) is also a good idea. You have to think like they do. Hope this helps. Best of luck!
